Sari Suutari

Sari advises domestic and foreign clients on capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and public M&A-related matters, and has extensive experience in prospectus projects. Her recent work includes advising on bond issues and listings, EMTN programme updates, and public tender offers in the M&A space.

Sari joined Borenius in 2026. Prior to joining, she worked as an Associate in the Capital Markets & Public M&A team at another law firm from February 2023 and as an Associate Trainee in the same team from April 2022. Before graduating from the University of Helsinki, Sari worked as a Trainee in other law firms and at a publicly listed company.
