About Ville
Ville advises our clients on capital markets transactions with a particular emphasis on initial public offerings and tender offers. He also handles matters related to general corporate law, contract law and securities regulation.
Ville joined Borenius as an Associate in 2021. Prior to his graduation, Ville completed internships at Nokia Corporation and several other business law firms. During the latter half of 2023, Ville completed a secondment at Fortaco Group, a Finnish steel fabrication company, where he acted as the sole in-house lawyer.
In addition to his law degree from the University of Lapland, Ville has studied Chinese philosophy at Fudan University in Shanghai, one of the top universities in China.
