ABA Section of International Law: 2016 Edition of the Year-In-Review / Juha Koponen & Mark Falcon

The ABA’s International Securities & Capital Markets Committee selected an article drafted by Borenius’ lawyers Juha Koponen and Mark Falcon to be included in the 2016 edition of the annual ABA International Law “Year In Review” publication. The article discusses the developments in Finland’s capital markets, including general market conditions, noteworthy matters, as well as recent legislation and its impact.
