Finland Chapter in International Advertising Law / Åsa Krook & Jemina Bonsdorff

Borenius’ lawyers Åsa Krook and Jemina Bonsdorff have contributed to the chapter concerning the Finnish jurisdiction published in International Advertising Law. This publication gives an overview about the legal situations of advertising law in many countries across the globe. Twenty-six country reports discuss detailed information on the particular legal environment in each country in terms of advertising, including specific effects of all relevant treaties and trade agreements.
