Borenius Contributes to the Latest Edition of ICLG: Environment & Climate Change Law 2018

Borenius’ lawyers Casper Herler and Henna Lusenius have contributed to the chapter concerning the Finnish jurisdiction published in the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Environment & Climate Change Laws and Regulations 2018.

In this chapter, they address issues related to Finnish environment and climate change laws and regulations – including environmental policy and its enforcement, environmental permits, waste, liabilities, contaminated land, powers of regulators and reporting obligations.
