Borenius acted as seller’s counsel in connection with the sale of all shares in Digi Tv Plus Oy to DNA Oy

We acted as seller’s counsel in connection with the sale of all shares in Digi Tv Plus Oy to DNA Oy, in a transaction signed 26 April 2013. We also represented Teracom Group with regard to all competition law aspects. The completion of the transaction is subject to authority approval. Friday 26 April Teracom Group signed an agreement with the Finnish telecom group, DNA Ltd, for the sale of Digi TV Plus Oy, i.e. PlusTV in Finland.
