We advised a syndicate of banks on a EUR 170 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility for Elisa Corporation. The new credit facility has a maturity of five years, with two one-year extension options and it replaces Elisa’s existing revolving credit facility.

The facility is linked to the following key performance indicators (KPIs): (i) reducing CO2 emissions from purchased energy, (ii) promoting diversity of personnel and (iii) increasing availability of high-speed mobile networks.
