Borenius advised Bocap on the formation of its third private equity fund

We advised Bocap on the formation of Bocap SME Achievers Fund III Ky. The  new fund will continue the investment strategy of its predecessor funds in the form of making minority investments in Finnish small and medium sized enterprises that have entrepreneurial ownership and seeking profitable growth. The fund has held its first closing and now targets to raise in total of EUR 70 million in commitments from Finnish institutional investors and family offices.
