Borenius advised Clariant in relation to the sale of its Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses to SK Capital

We advised Clariant as local counsel in Finland in relation to the implementation of the sale of its Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses to SK Capital. The total purchase price consideration of the transaction amounted to approximately CHF 425 million and the transaction involved the worldwide transfer of some 2,900 employees to Archroma. Clariant is a world leader in specialty chemicals.
