Borenius advised Evli as it raised its fourth real estate development fund

We advised Evli Fund Management Company Ltd as it established Evli Value Add Fund IV Ky, a new closed-end real estate fund focusing on the development of commercial properties. The fund is Evli’s fourth closed-end fund to follow this strategy, and its predecessor funds were established in 2014, 2018 and 2021.

The fund seeks to reach above average returns by applying different real estate development strategies, and aims to develop properties attracting international interest.
