Borenius advised Evli on the formation of Evli Private Equity Co-Investment I

We advised Evli Fund Management Company Ltd on the formation of Evli Private Equity Co-Investment Fund I, the first Finnish co-investment fund with a dedicated in-house team. The fund is intended to co-invest with leading international private equity firms and give access to investment opportunities that are otherwise difficult to reach. It was designed to meet increasing demand for co-investment opportunities, driven by lower overall costs and a carefully selected level of risk. Its strategy is to make direct minority investments in mature and growing unlisted companies across the technology, healthcare, financial services, and industrial sectors across Europe and the United States.
