Borenius advised Evli on the formation of Evli Private Equity IV Fund

We acted as legal adviser to Evli Fund Management Company Ltd in connection with the establishment of Evli Private Equity IV, a private equity fund-of-funds that raised a record EUR 184 million of commitments, making it one of the largest alternative investment funds in Evli’s history.

With a fund-of-funds team of 12 dedicated experts, Evli expects the new fund to invest in in 10–15 top-tier international buyout funds. At launch, the fund already announced three commitments to European funds and one to a North American fund. Evli seeks to give investors an access to a geographically diversified portfolio of select top-quality funds that can be hard to reach.
