Borenius advised Failup Ventures on the formation of an early-stage fund

We advised Failup Ventures on its registration as an alternative investment fund manager and on the raising of its first fund, Failup Fund I.

Failup Ventures is a venture capital firm based in New York and Helsinki. It makes seed and early-stage investments with a focus on the following themes: Future of Work, Future of Consumption, Dynamic Marketplaces, Digital Infrastructure and Commercial Climate Tech.

Previously the Failup Ventures team has built and invested in nearly 40 startups as founders and angel investors. They have already announced Foundernest, Ever, and Vested Health as the first investments from the new fund.
