We advised H+H International AS, a European leading supplier of aircrete systems listed on the Köpenhamn stock exchange, in the sale of the JÄMERÄ housing business and the JÄMERÄ brand by the H+H Group to the Estonian aerated concrete supplier Aeroc International AS as well as the related cross supply agreements entered into between the parties’ group companies for Sweden, Finland and Russia.
