Borenius assisted Nammo in the acquisition of Eurenco Vihtavuori Oy, Finland’s only gunpowder factory

We acted as the Finnish legal advisor in connection with Nammo Lapua Oy’s acquisition of Eurenco Vihtavuori Oy, a factory which manufactures propellants for civilian and military use. Nammo Lapua Oy is a subsidiary of the Nordic defence industry group NAMMO AS. The acquisition involved an agreement with the Finnish state concerning certain historical environmental issues.
