Borenius advised Innovestor on the formation of its new industrial technology fund

We advised Innovestor on the formation of a new B2B industrial technology fund. The fund had its first closing at EUR 30 million and is capped at EUR 100 million.

Innovestor’s new fund focuses exclusively on early-stage B2B industrial technology companies. The fund will offer pre-series A to series A investments to companies in the Nordics and Baltics.

Innovestor is an early-stage venture capital investor that also offers direct co-investment syndication opportunities and growth-building programmes. To date, the firm has invested a total of EUR 123 million across three funds and currently manages a portfolio consisting of over 100 high-tech companies.
