Borenius advised Intera Partners as it applied for an AIFM license

We advised Intera Partners as it applied for and obtained full authorisation as an alternative investment fund manager under the EU AIFMD regime, making Intera one of the few fully licensed Finnish private equity or venture capital firms. We have previously also advised Intera in connection with the establishment of several private equity funds.

Established in 2007, Intera is a private equity firm focusing on the growth and internationalisation of Finnish and Swedish companies. It has raised four funds so far, and currently the assets under management in the two active funds amount to EUR 585 million. Intera has made investments inter alia in PHM Group, Rantalainen, Renta, Roima and Sitowise.
