Borenius advised Inventure as it raised its fourth venture capital fund

We advised Inventure on the formation of its fourth venture capital fund Inventure Fund IV. Along with the announcement of its new €150 million fund, Inventure also listed a number of investments that had already been made from the new fund.

Since 2005 Inventure has invested in more than 80 companies in the Nordic and Baltic countries, including Swappie, aiMotive, Lassie, Material Exchange and Canatu, and exited investments through sales to i.a. to Apple, Amazon, DoorDash and Quest Diagnostics.

Inventure focuses on early stage and investments in the €1 to €3 million range, and has been the first institutional investor in approx. 90% of its portfolio. According to Inventure, approx. 60% of the new fund is reserved for follow-on investments.
