Borenius advised Juuri Partners in the formation of its first fund

Borenius acted as the legal advisor to Juuri Partners, a newly formed private equity firm, in the formation of its first fund. The strategy of the fund is to combine debt investments with minority equity investments in Finnish SME companies. At its first closing, the fund raised €55 million from Finnish institutional investors.
