Borenius advised Kesko Corporation in its divestment of Anttila Oy

We advised Kesko Corporation in the sale of Anttila Oy to 4K Invest. The transaction concerns Anttila’s operations in Finland, including Anttila and Kodin1 department stores (31 stores in total), NetAnttila and Kodin1.com online stores, and NetAnttila’s operations in Estonia and Latvia. Kesko records a non-recurring item of approximately EUR -130 million for the first quarter of 2015 relating to the financing, working capital and fixed assets of Anttila.
