Borenius advised Lifeline Ventures in establishing a new venture capital fund

We advised Lifeline Ventures, in relation to the formation of Lifeline Ventures Fund II, Lifeline’s second venture capital fund. The new fund will focus on seed stage investments, without any specific sector focus. Unlike in most similar funds, its investors are not institutional investors, but private investors, including, in particular, the founders and some key employees of Supercell, a successful Finnish games company.

Lifeline has previously invested in a number of companies in the health, web, games and tech sectors, including investments in Supercell, Applifier, Grand Cru, ZenRobotics, and Valkee.
