Borenius advised Lifeline Ventures in the formation of a new EUR 57 million early-stage venture capital fund

We advised Lifeline Ventures in the formation of Lifeline Ventures III, Lifeline’s third venture capital fund. The fund has raised EUR 57 million from institutional and private investors and family offices.

Since 2009, Lifeline has invested in 55 early-stage companies and exited five of its investments.
