Borenius advised MPP Mediatec Group AB in its acquisition of FW Filmworks Oy (name changed to Mediatec Broadcast Finland Oy), Finland’s largest television production technical services provider

We advised the buyer in a transaction, whereby the shares of Finland’s largest television production technical services company FW FilmWorks Oy (name changed to Mediatec Broadcast Finland Oy) was acquired by Swedish Mediatec Broadcast, the leading operator in the Nordic countries and also one of the largest in Europe. The net sales of FW FilmWorks is expected to exceed EUR 10 million in 2014.
