Borenius advised a Nordic consumer product manufacturer in a trademark and domain name dispute

We successfully advised and represented Funksjonell Mat AS, a Nordic consumer product manufacturer, in a case that concerned the respondent’s use of the claimant’s trademark as a domain name on the respondent’s website, and as a keyword in Google AdWords in connection with the respondent’s advertisement. Helsinki Court of Appeal found that all these actions infringed the claimant’s trademark. The case is final.
