Borenius advised Open Gate Capital in its divestment of Kotkamills Oy

We acted as the local Finnish counsel for Open Gate Capital, a French-US investment company, when it divested its first Finnish portfolio company Kotkamills Oy acquired from Stora Enso in 2010. Kotkamills is the market leader in Europe in producing laminated specialty papers and it has operations on two sites in Finland and one in Malaysia. Kotkamills was acquired by MB Funds.
