Borenius advised Open Ocean on the formation of a EUR 23 million fund to make additional investments in existing portfolio

We advised Open Ocean as it established Open Ocean Opportunity Fund I Ky. The fund raised EUR 23 million from investors, and it was set up to make additional investments in three to four pre-selected growth stage software companies in which Open Ocean has previously invested.
