Borenius advised PH-Asunnot and Assai on a construction contract with Jatke

We advised PH-Asunnot and Assai on a construction contract with construction company Jatke in connection with the Vuoreksen Kosmos project.

The project consists of 132 apartments in Tampere. It is a part of the Isokuusi area development, which is one of Finland’s largest wooden urban residential developments.
