Borenius advised Royal Konseptiravintolat Oy in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sushi World Oy

We advised Royal Konseptiravintolat Oy, part of the Royal Ravintolat Group, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sushi World Oy, operator of the Hanko Sushi restaurants.

Royal Restaurants Group is Finland’s largest private enterprise in the restaurant and hotel field. Operations include Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian, and 32 restaurants in 25 locations. The group employs over 600 people in the Helsinki region and has a 2014 net sales target of approximately EUR €76 million.
