We advised Royal Restaurants Ltd, a portfolio company of funds managed by Intera Partners, in its divestment of Union Hotels Ltd, an operator of luxury hotels in Helsinki, to Kämp Group Oy.

Royal Restaurants Ltd is Finland’s largest private enterprise in the restaurant field. Operations include 32 restaurants in 25 locations, employing over 600 people in the Helsinki region.
