Borenius advised Sponsor Capital in forming Sponsor Fund IV, a EUR 200 million buyout fund

We advised Sponsor Capital, in relation to its registration as an alternative investment fund manager and the formation of its fourth buyout fund Sponsor Fund IV, which raised EUR 200 million from domestic and international investors. The fund will continue the investment strategy of its predecessor funds i.e. making majority investments in mid-sized Finnish companies.

In connection with the formation of the new fund, Sponsor Capital also announced the appointment of three new partners.
