Borenius advised SRV in the sale of Derby Business Park to Niam

Derby Business Park, completed in 2013, consists of three office towers with a total area of approx. 20,000 m2 and a parking facility. It locates SRV’’s own headquarters and the head office of Siemens Finland.

SRV Group Plc is a publicly listed company, founded in 1987, that has revenue of approximately EUR 700 million. SRV develops, commercialises and builds new residential and business environments.
