Borenius advised SRV Rakennus Oy in the sale of a EUR 50 million hybrid project to Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company

We advised SRV Rakennus Oy in the sale of a EUR 50 million hybrid project located in Kerava town centre to Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

The project comprises shopping center Karuselli with 5,500 sqm of leasable commercial premises, two residential buildings with 140 apartments and a joint parking facility.

The shopping center will be completed by the end of 2018, and the residential buildings at the turn of the year 2018/2019.
