Borenius advised Taaleritehdas Plc on its share issuance to finance a part of the Garantia Insurance Company acquisition

We advised Taaleritehdas Plc in connection with an offering of new shares (worth EUR 23.2 million) to institutional and retail investors in Finland.

The share issuance related to financing a part of the purchase price when Taaleritehdas acquired Garantia Insurance Company. The acquisition was closed on 31 March 2015 and the new shares were listed on the First North Finland on 16 March 2015.
