Borenius advised Talenom Plc on its Nasdaq Helsinki First North IPO

We advised Talenom Plc on its Nasdaq Helsinki First North initial public offering. Trading in the company’s shares began on 11 June 2015.

Talenom is an accounting company established in 1972 providing a wide range of accounting services and other expert services for their customers’ business needs. The company is engaged in software development activities and provides electronic financial management services for its accounting customers.

Talenom Group’s turnover for 2014 reached MEUR 29.6 representing an increase of 14% compared to 2013. Talenom has a strong history of growth – the annual turnover growth between 2011–2014 was 13% in average. Talenom has approximately 500 employees working in 18 locations in Finland.
