We advised Vaaka Partners in the sale of Produal to Latour Industries. Produal is a leading Finnish company specialised in devices for building automation measurement and room control. In less than three years, Produal has almost doubled its international business, and grown in total by almost 20 percent per annum.

The sellers are private equity funds managed by Vaaka Partners and members of the management team.
