Borenius advised Varma on the disposal of a residential property portfolio

We advised Varma on the sale of a residential property portfolio consisting of eight residential assets. The assets comprised altogether 356 apartments and 9 commercial premises in Helsinki, Vantaa, Lahti, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu.

The disposals of the assets were concluded in several separate sales during the first quarter of the year.

Varma is one of the largest pension insurance companies in Finland. The company is responsible for the statutory earnings-related pension cover of approximately 900,000 people in the private sector.
