Borenius advised Verso Capital on the formation of Verso Fund III

We advised Verso Capital on the formation of Verso Fund III. The fund reached EUR 66 million at its first closing and seeks to raise a total of EUR 100 million.

Verso Capital is a growth stage buyout investor with offices in Helsinki and Munich that focuses on carve-out situations. The fund will invest with a focus on the Nordic, DACH and North European markets.
