We advised Vitruvian Partners in the acquisition of a majority stake in Accountor Holding Oy, the leading provider of financial, accounting and HR solutions in Northern Europe. The completion of the transaction is subject to only customary regulatory approvals.

Accountor operates in seven countries and has more than 2,000 employees and approximately 30,000 customers. Vitruvian Partners is a London based private equity firm specialized in middle-market buyouts, growth buyouts and growth capital investments in the UK and elsewhere in Northern Europe.
