Borenius assisted Reebok-CCM Hockey Oy in transfer pricing related matters

We assisted Reebok-CCM Hockey Oy, part of the adidas Group, in a transfer pricing related mutual agreement procedure and a corresponding transfer pricing adjustment before the Finnish Large Taxpayer’s Office between Finland and Canada. The matter concerned royalty and management fee adjustments whereby the taxable income in Canada was increased. In Canada, the procedure was handled by Barsalou Lawson S.E.N.C., and in Sweden by Advokatfirman Lindahl.
