We assisted a syndicate of banks in connection with a EUR 100,000,000 multicurrency revolving credit facility made available to Rettig Group Oy Ab, a Finnish family-owned investment company. The syndicate comprised (among others) OP Corporate Bank plc as coordinator, Danske Bank A/S, Investment Banking, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch, OP Corporate Bank plc and UniCredit Bank Austria AG as mandated lead arrangers and OP Corporate Bank plc as agent.
