Borenius advised Finnair Plc in relation to two merger control clearances

We notified the acquisition of joint control of Nordic Regional Airlines AB (formerly Flybe Nordic AB) by Finnair Plc, Staffpoint Holding Oyj, and Kilco Oy to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. The authority approved the transaction on 19 November 2015. We also successfully notified the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority of Finnair’s previous acquisition of sole control over Nordic Regional Airlines AB earlier this year.
