Borenius represented Moventas Bankruptcy Estate / Banking Syndicate in 100 MEUR sale of Moventas Wind Oy and Moventas Santasalo Oy to funds managed by Clyde Blowers Capital

We represented Moventas Bankruptcy Estate / Banking Syndicate in 100 MEUR sale of Moventas Wind Oy and Moventas Santasalo Oy to funds managed by Clyde Blowers Capital and the bank syndicate in providing rollover financing to the targets. We provided tax advice and applied for advance ruling in relation to restructuring of group debts of Moventas Group prior to sale of Moventas group companies. The positive advance ruling was required in closing terms and required active negotiations with the tax authorities. Borenius acted as bankruptcy estate administrator and in charge of sale of companies.
