Borenius is representing the Finnish Bus and Coach Association and Matkahuolto in proceedings at the Finnish Market Court in relation to an alleged cartel claims by the FCCA. This is another landmark case for Borenius and in terms of the number of defendants the largest ever to be heard by the Finnish Market Court.
