We successfully represented our client, a publicly listed company, in litigation proceedings against a publicly owned company at the general court. The matter raised complex legal questions spanning contract law, construction law, and post-share-acquisition dispute resolution.

Following a full hearing with a substantial volume of evidence, the court ruled comprehensively in our client’s favour, upholding all of its claims and awarding a full recovery of its legal costs accrued before and at the district court, a notably exceptional outcome in the circumstances.
