Borenius advised a company with the annual turnover of over €80 million in change of generation

We advised Kuhmo Oy and it shareholders in a change of generation. We planned the structure relating to the change of generation, applied for an advance ruling from the Tax Administration and implemented the change of generation in practice by drafting the relevant company law related documentation. In addition, we assisted the parties to the change of generation in financing issues relating to the new ownership structure.
