SANCTIONS UPDATE – Stricter Control at the Belarussian Border

Russia has introduced stricter control over plant products coming from Belarus. The reason for this is a lot of recent cases of illegal importation of sanctioned goods from Belarus. Now all the trucks coming from Belarus, including transit trucks, are subject to inspections at the Russian border. Likewise, similar measures for animal products are planned in the near future.
