Paulus heads B&K's Fund Formation practice. Hidén advises on all aspects of private equity with particular emphasis on questions related to fund formation. He also specialises in securities law and capital markets issues.

Paulus is the author of a book on prospectus liability published in 2002. In 2005 he published another book on private equity funds that was co-written with B&K senior partner Jyrki Tähtinen.

Paulus has been a B&K partner since 2008.

Paulus is listed by Who's Who Legal 2009 as a recommended private funds lawyer and he is highly recommended by PLC Which Lawyer in the category of investment funds.
