Borenius advised IPR.VC on the launch of its third film and television production financing fund

We advised IPR.VC as it established its IPR.VC Fund III. The fund is IPR.VC’s third fund that invests in content production in the media and entertainment industry. The new fund has raised commitments from institutional investors, pension funds and family offices and has a target size of EUR 100 million.

Established in 2014, IPR.VC has offices in Helsinki and London, and it has so far financed 35 film and television productions in Europe and the US. IPR.VC also operates in partnership with US and European producers, such as A24, XYZ Films and leading European animation studio Gigglebug. Its productions include Blackberry, Beau is Afraid, Run Rabbit Run and the Netflix hit Bordertown.
