Markus Kokko

Markus specialises in dispute resolution and he heads Attorneys at law Borenius' Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Group.

Markus advises both domestic and international clients in all fields of commercial disputes through litigation and arbitration. He has wide experience for example in disputes regarding banking and financial services, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, employment, business secrets, harmonisation of EU legislation and damages related to authorities’ decisions. He also advises regularly in white collar crimes and has acted successfully in many recent securities litigations.

Markus has been a partner since 2010.
