Markus regularly serves as lead counsel in large-scale disputes, guiding clients through both domestic court proceedings and international arbitration under the rules of various arbitration institutes.

He represents companies and C-suite executives in sensitive criminal investigations and regulatory proceedings involving insider trading, corruption, environmental violations, and tax-related offences, providing robust and discreet counsel at every stage of an investigation.
