Markus Kokko is specialised in dispute resolution through litigation and arbitration and he heads B&K’s Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Group.

Markus advises domestic and international clients in all fields of commercial disputes. He has wide experience for example in major disputes regarding banking and financial services, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, employment, business secrets, harmonisation of EU legislation and damages related to authorities’ decisions. He also advises effectively in white collar crimes and has acted successfully in many recent securities litigations.

In his non-contentious work he frequently advises clients in bankruptcy and restructuring as well as assignments related to employment. 

Markus has been a B&K partner since February 2010.
