Borenius Scoops Finland Law Firm of the Year and a Rising Star Award at the IFLR Europe Awards 2021

The deal was shortlisted for 2021 restructuring deal of the year and represents one of the most significant restructurings in Finland since the 1990’s.Other key deals included the Nanoform IPO of June 2020, the first IPO after the Covid-19 lockdown in Europe. The listing was executed entirely electronically, even without a printed prospectus, reflecting the firm’s agility in difficult circumstances.“
